Livraria Bertrand is Portugal’s largest and oldest bookshop chain. Founded in 1732 by Pedro Faure, the first Livraria Bertrand opened its doors in Chiado and gave rise to a chain of more than 50 bookshops across the country. Our history has taught us the importance of complicity with readers and loyalty.
